Compétences et expériences requise:

• Education: Has an Advanced University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Transport and Logistics.
• Work Experience: Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, at the national and international levels, in supply chain, transport and logistics and/or other directly related technical fields is required. Understanding of development and humanitarian work.
• Skills: Technical and Non-Technical.
• Language Requirements: Fluency in French and English is required.

Desirables:

1. 1. Language: Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) or a local language
   2. emergency response experience, health supply chain experience, humanitarian operations experience, Ebola response logistics experience
   3. Emergency work experience and health supply chain management experience are strong advantages
   4. Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
