Advanced degree in medicine, public health and/or other related social science fields.
Knowledge and Experience: 

 

Knowledge and Experience: 

• Have a Minimum of two (2) years of increasingly responsible professional experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) programme design, implementation, and management, with emphasis on complex, volatile, or humanitarian settings.
• Have a Demonstrated experience in operationalizing Results-Based Management (RBM) frameworks, project monitoring, performance tracking, and analytical reporting in alignment with organizational standards.
• Ave a Strong technical expertise in health systems strengthening, emergency obstetric and newborn care (EmONC), family planning, and gender-based violence (GBV) integration within health-sector responses.
• Proven track record in managing work plans, budgets, and implementing partners, including the setup and oversight of remote monitoring systems in challenging environments.
• Strong capacity for multi-stakeholder coordination, partnership building, and policy dialogue with government entities, UN agencies, and non-governmental organizations.
• High proficiency in training facilitation, capacity development, knowledge management, and data-driven decision-making.
  Excellent analytical, report writing, and strategic communication skills with the ability to deliver high-quality technical briefs and donor proposals under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in enterprise resource planning software (e.g., Quantum), data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI), and standard office software applications.
• Prior experience within the UN system, particularly UNFPA, and familiarity with donor-funded projects (e.g., FCDO) is highly desirable.
  In-depth understanding of local sociocultural dynamics, health sector context, and language considerations in the duty station is an asset.
