Profil du candidat :

Compétences et expériences requise:

1. Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience at a senior management level in an international development or humanitarian organisation with a track-record of leading successful organisation change and transformation.
2. Significant experience of designing, delivering and leading systems level, programmatic approaches, with deep practical experience of successfully applying these approaches.
3. Strong understanding of localisation and approaches to achieving successful power shift
4. Have an Experience developing organisational processes and procedures, particularly related to grant management and the project cycle
5. Experience working in a Federated organisation
6. Knowledge of disability issues and a rights based approach. Lived experience of disability an advantage.
