Compétences et expériences requises :

• Have a Master's degree in relevant field (development, statistics, social research preferably with a focus on monitoring and evaluation as well as compliance issues)
• Have a Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience within the field of monitoring and evaluation with humanitarian / development organisations with the following sectors in their portfolio – protection, food security and nutrition, WASH, shelter, NFIs and health
• Highly developed skills and demonstrated capacity developing MEAL strategies and mechanisms, including implementation and training in related principles and practice.
• Have an Experience in leading and implementing Collaboration, Learning, and Adaptation (CLA) approaches, and developing learning systems to improve project performance and achieve impact.
• Excellent report writing, analytical, and communication skills, including oral presentation skills
• Experience with capacity building of staff, and in convening and facilitating trainings and workshops
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize large workloads, to consistently meet deadlines and adapt in a complex and challenging work environment
